Practicing the internal arts since 2009 within an ancient Taoist tradition, Yuri is now based in Montreuil, in the Paris region, where he has been teaching since 2015.

He holds a B.Sc. in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Acupuncture, as well as an M.Sc. in Taoist Medicine. He also holds a French state-recognized sports coaching certification, which includes the teaching of Qi Gong and Taiji Quan.

Yuri also studies and practices Ba Zi (Chinese astrology) as well as the Yi Jing (Book of Changes).

His teacher is Serge Augier, heir to the Taoist Da Xuan tradition, which was transmitted from China to France by Master Wang Tian Xian, his teacher. This tradition has a clearly established lineage, dating back to the year 510, in the Kunlun region.
